With a varied selection of CNC lathes, we can efficiently handle parts up to a 12 inch diameter.

Large billet work is done on our range of CNC lathes which offer a solid, rigid platform for machining. Components from bar are machined on smaller multi-spindle bar fed lathes, which feature driven tooling and cater for small to medium size batches.

Large batches from both bar and billets are handled in our multi-spindle cell. All machines have twin spindles and turrets with added automation, enabling them to run unmanned overnight - true “lights-out” manufacture - cutting down on changeover time.
